Refund policy

At The Femboy Republic, every item is handprinted and produced specifically for each customer. Because all products are made to order, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, production may have already begun and orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns of products once they have been shipped and delivered.
Because each item is custom-made to order, customers are not eligible for returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Personal preference
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Any resolution offered will be at the sole discretion of The Femboy Republic.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us at thefemboyrepublic@gmail.com
Refunds, replacements, or other remedies for lost or undelivered orders may be considered only after:
- The estimated delivery window has passed;
- Shipping carrier tracking has been reviewed; and
- The claim has been approved by The Femboy Republic.
Approval of any refund, replacement, or other remedy is at the sole discretion of The Femboy Republic.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Femboy Republic is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact The Femboy Republic before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.
